Josh Hauser

“I believe in reading a quote each and every day and try to live by three simple goals:

Reach one person everyday
Teach one person everyday
Eliminate one obstacle everyday

Reach. A simple mission to reach people where they are in their respective businesses or life practices means I do not go to work; I go to purpose.  Each of us has a vision, a talent, and an opportunity to make an impact in the world.  My driving force is identifying these “uniques” and putting them to action. Whether installing an operating system in your business or unlocking the secrets to your practice, I utilize rules, tools, and disciplines to accelerate your optimal success and deserved bigger future.

Teach. Sharing information through effective instruction is a gift. Teaching, coaching, and facilitating is founded in the simplification of knowledge, processes, and disciplines necessary to control one’s destiny.  My Maker has gifted me the ability to help others discover wisdom and achieve mastery through guided repetition of action. That gift requires transferring knowledge in an easily retrievable, receivable, and enjoyable fashion.  Whereas reaching people is my drive, teaching and mentoring is the vehicle that provides the shine to my soul.  Driving results whilst maintaining peace and control has elevated many to new-found freedoms in life and business.

Eliminate. Many times, we exhaust our energy building who we want to be. Yet, I have found most of those journeys start with who and what we are not.  “Stinking thinking” and the absence of processes or mentorship are the barriers and obstacles in our businesses, practices, and lives.  Discovering those dangers is a skill in itself; we need a proven process and coach who will guide us to simple and effective resolutions. This takes intentionality. Open and honest conversations with proven systems unblock opportunities hidden behind mental, physical, and often psychological barriers. I sit side by side with those I serve and tackle the steps necessary to eliminate roadblocks and unlock a clear path to freedom and peace.

As a typical Hoosier growing up in Monticello, Indiana I love to play basketball. Four years of basketball at Saint Joseph’s College instilled a passion for teaching and coaching that I eventually transferred to the business world.”
