He is a venture-backed founder and real estate investor. Anthony has been featured nationally on Good Morning America, CBS, ESPN, Sports Illustrated, and Fox News, and is an active speaker and mentor across the college athletics and entrepreneurship communities. Anthony joins INVST as Associate Director of INVST Ventures, where he focuses on alternative investments across real estate, private equity, and family office development.”

With more than three decades of experience spanning operations, compliance, and HR management, Beverly has built her career around helping Employers and Employees truly understand and make the most of the benefits available to them. Beth Pals
As a Qualified 401k Plan Administrator with over 20 years of experience in the retirement industry, Beth partners closely with sponsors to simplify administration, support fiduciary responsibilities, and create plans that truly work for both employers and participants. Known for her approachable and collaborative style, Beth takes the time to understand each client’s goals, translating complex requirements into clear, practical solutions that drive better outcomes. She holds a degree in Business Marketing from Arizona State University. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, cooking and spending time with family.
Wayne Seybold
Wayne Seybold is a multifaceted professional and former Olympic pair figure skater who represented the United States at the 1988 Winter Olympics with his sister Natalie, winning five international medals.
Wayne served as Mayor of Marion, Indiana, being elected in 2003 and winning re-election in 2007 and 2011. During his tenure, he was twice awarded the “Sagamore of the Wabash” – Indiana’s highest state honor. He has also been a guest speaker on global economic development at prestigious venues including Tsinghua University and the People’s Great Hall in China.
After retiring from competitive skating, Wayne returned to his hometown of Marion, initially serving on the city council. He currently resides in Marion with his wife Jennifer and their three children: Michael, John, and James.
Braden Hill
Braden is originally from Jacksonville, FL, but now lives in Lakeland after moving there for college. He was a student athlete at Florida Southern College where he played for the men’s soccer team. His time in college gave him the ability to learn and work with a variety of different people from different backgrounds that has helped him understand the importance of truly valuing each person you meet. He has been a part of many different volunteering projects and his internship experience with Invst has given him the outlook that helping anyone as best as he can is his true passion!

As Business Administrator, Cathy is a Certified Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional (FPQP™) with extensive experience in management, event planning, training and instruction. She has a degree in Journalism from Ball State University/Indiana State University.
Cathy and her husband, Patrick, have been married for 30 years and have raised three children. Her personal passion is the safety of children. As co-founder of a child advocacy center and trained child forensic interviewer, she has served as a body safety educator and child advocate.
Puja Dhungel
Puja was born in Nepal and moved to the United States when she was nine years old. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Iowa State University and has worked across financial institutions in compliance, technology, auditing, and mortgage loan origination. Puja was involved in the Finance and Information Systems club at Iowa State University. She’s passionate about combining finance and technology to improve workflows and enhance efficiency in the financial industry. In her free time, Puja enjoys spending time with close friends and family, hiking, visiting the beach, relaxing by the pool, cooking, and binge-watching her favorite shows.
Doug Freeman
Doug is originally from Michigan where he earned his bachelor’s degree in communications with a minor in History from Albion College. While at Albion, he played football and stayed active through coaching and training. He’s easygoing and approachable, yet naturally competitive which serves him well in his role as an Advisor Service Specialist. Douglas supports our paraplanning and operations team with insurance-related duties, maintaining accurate client information, and managing task creation and follow up for insurance workflows.
