What motivates you every day?
I’m motivated by building things that create real impact, especially where technology can remove friction and unlock new opportunities for people and businesses. I also get a lot of energy from mentoring teams and helping others grow.
If you could instantly master one skill, what would it be?
I’d choose world-class storytelling, the ability to turn complex ideas into simple, compelling narratives that inspire action across teams, customers, and investors.
What is a career low point that actually set you up for success?
A key low point was pushing too hard on execution before validating enough assumptions. It was humbling, but it made me far more disciplined about customer signals, prioritization, and building with focus.
What piece of advice would you give your younger self?
Play the long game. Protect your time and energy, say “no” earlier, and don’t confuse motion with progress. Focus and consistency compound faster than intensity.
What’s a fun fact about yourself?
I genuinely enjoy turning messy, complex problems into clear frameworks. Give me a whiteboard and a hard challenge, and I’m in my happy place.
