Aaron holds a Master of Science in Kinesiology with a focus on Athletic Administration and Sports Management from Indiana University, where he received a Graduate Assistantship Scholarship. He also earned his Bachelor of Science in General Studies with an emphasis on Sports Marketing and Management from IU, where his passion for connecting business strategy with relationship building first took shape. Born and raised in Indianapolis, IN, where he attended Broad Ripple High School and was a multi-sport athlete. Married to his wife, Bianca with two sons, Aaron Jr (7) and Alex (3) the Smith family enjoys traveling, swimming and quality family time together. Aaron coaches little league baseball and is an avid grill master!
